Romantic Escape by the Canal

fresh flowers canal view helpful concierge room cleanliness

The reception offered fresh flowers and sparkling water. My room was upgraded. The upgraded room was spacious and offered beautiful canal views. The concierge was very helpful with my luggage. The room cleanliness was good.

There was only one electric outlet in an inconvenient place in the room. The quality of bed pillows was not great. I woke with a stiff neck. The sofa was uncomfortable to sit on.

Dining

9/10

The hotel's food quality was notably good. The breakfast buffet was excellent, presenting many options for a satisfying start to my days. Maged, at the reception, showed genuine care, working diligently to ensure our stay was comfortable.
